Abbink X Co was asked to make a proposal for a unique location with a Bosphorus view in Istanbul. A totally integrated sustainable design was made taking the history, surrounding landscape and the proximity of the 2nd bridge into account. Abbink X Co introduced green roofs, green walls, and a sustainable strategy from the rainwater system to a natural swimming pool. Abbink X Co and B+B collaborated on the integration of architecture & landscape design in relation to the natural and urban surroundings and history. The privacy- and sunscreens will give each building a unique identity.  The plan incorporates 60 luxury appartments, spa, health club and parking garage. The existing urban plan (by Çamoĝlu) was kept intact.
