Autumn combines social rental apartments for the elderly with a collective lounge in 2 efficient housing blocks, centered around an open courtyard.  The blocks are conceived as a sturdy mass with a light and playful husk. Minimalized columns, reminiscent of natural structures, support the walkways and individual balconies. The natural, in combination with the warm tones of the surrounding buildings, is taken further as an Autumn theme throughout the complex from sunscreens to vegetation. Thus creating a warm and vibrant environment allowing for both interaction and privacy.
